It is with great pleasure that I introduce the new Langlitz Japan website on the eve of our 60th anniversary. As the son-in-law of Ross Langlitz, I am proud to represent the company Ross Langlitz founded in 1947 for the purpose of building top quality motorcycle leathers for his friends and customers. With my wife Jackie, it is our privilege to carry on the business Ross began a year before I was born. We continue adhering to the traditions started by Jackie's father, and his philosophy inspires us to continue building the best motorcycle leathers in the world.

What has changed though, is the fast paced world in which we live, and the ease of traveling to faraway places. This has not only allowed us to visit many of our customers in Japan on a regular basis, but it has also fostered the spread of our reputation to markets never dreamed of by Ross. To accommodate the increased number of Langlitz fans in Japan, we formed a network of Authorized Dealers to make our products available to people who otherwise would never have had a chance to own a "Langlitz".

To compliment our Dealer network and the official Japanese website, we have also created a Club Langlitz website, which offers Japanese enthusiasts a place where they can share their thoughts, ask questions and post pictures of themselves wearing our leathers along with their bikes or friends. Not only that, but it gives me the unique opportunity to show our customers a glimpse of the Langlitz employees who build the leathers we send to Japan.

It is my goal that Club Langlitz will make the world a smaller and more personal place for those who share the Langlitz philosophy. Simply put....seeing all the smiling faces of our Japanese customers and friends makes me very happy!!!
